[Let’s enjoy a good hike]
Taking a break and relaxing is very important to our physical and mental health especially if you are busy every day. How do you like to enjoy your spare time?
Under the guidance of the MIW staff, our members went hiking on Eagle’s Nest, Shek Lei Pui Reservoir, and Pok Fu Lam Reservoir. With the incredible view and the funny monkeys along the way! Both experienced and beginner hikers, everyone enjoyed the hike a lot! The tranquil and natural environment allowed our members to relax and to speak with others in comfort and they started to get close with each one another.
Taking time to be with nature and being able to exercise are definitely amazing ways to recharge our body. Now that we are recovering well from the pandemic, MIW will continue to organize leisure activities. Besides providing employment support, MIW will help the members to relieve pressure, expand the social network, and access the community. It is a good way to help them maintain mental wellness.
