Making French gastronomy accessible to all with Good France (Goût de France)!

Our first special event for Good France (Goût de France) gathered beneficiaries and volunteers in a reminder that French gastronomy is of course about excellence but that it would be irrelevant without the purpose of sharing.
Partnering with the French Consulate in Hong Kong and Macao and the Disciples Escoffier Hong Kong Delegation, the French Chamber Foundation was delighted to make this French cuisine accessible to its Wan Chai beneficiaries on 20 March.
They tasted delicious meals prepared by the Culinary Arts Master Chef Vincent Leroux from Institut Culinaire Disciples Escoffier. The French Chamber Foundation warmly thanks the French Consulate in Hong Kong and Macao and all the partners and sponsors for their valued contribution in putting together this great event.
Organised by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, Good France (Goût de France) is an international event aiming at celebrating French Gastronomy across the globe following its inscription in UNESCO’s Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2010.
