Privacy – PICS – Personal information collection statement

The personal data collected from you when you make a donation will be used for the purpose of processing your donation and managing your relationship with us (receipt, fundraising events, newsletters), as well as for the proper and efficient administration of the FCF. The FCF shall not use your personal data for any other purposes except with your prior consent.

Personal Data is collected from our site visitors on a voluntary basis. Personal Data may include names, addresses, e-mail addresses etc.

Your personal data may be disclosed or transferred to third parties performing services for the FCF on a confidential basis and solely for the FCF’s use and benefit in accordance with the FCF’s privacy policy. You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by the FCF in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486).
